Very ornate pair of silver napkin rings in fitted casket hallmarked Birmingham 1919 by Constantine & Floyd Ltd
A fabulous pair of beautifully ornate solid silver Napkin Rings. The floral engraving to each is particularly attractive with an empty cartouch in the centre. The protruding edges of each are scalloped. Both are fully hallmarked for the Birmingham Assay office with a date mark for 1919 and Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver. The silver maker's mark is also very clearly visible on each for Constantine & Floyd.
The set comes in a lovely domed casket with brown leatherette finish. It has a black velvet and cream satin interior.
A superior pair. Both the napkin rings and the original box are in lovely antique collector's condition.
